Hogyan valósult meg egy magyar-namíbiai esküvő szervezése pár hónap alatt

... énekli a Misztrál együttes, akik az est egyik fénypontjai voltak Anna & Christian 200 fős magyar-namíbiai esküvőjén. A dalban megfogalmazott hasonló érzésekkel kerestek meg bennünket Annáék is, hogy segítséget kérjenek az esküvőjük megszervezéséhez. Már az első alkalommal érezni lehetett, hogy egy nem mindennapi esküvő az álmuk. Christian családja, rokonai és barátai Namíbiában, valamint Dél-Afrikában élnek, így egyértelmű volt Anna és családja számára, hogy egy olyan esküvőt szeretnének megvalósítani, amely megmutat valamit a magyar hagyományokból, de közben modern, elegáns, mégsem hivalkodó, sablonoktól mentes, mindezt egy különleges környezetben.

Egy olyan esküvőt képzeltek el, ahol a legapróbb részletek is stimmelnek, a kivitelezés professzionális, az átélt pillanatok pedig egy eddig semmihez sem fogható élményt adnak a számukra.

Nem volt meglepő ez nekünk, hiszen ezek az esküvők a mi specialitásaink! :)

Sok-sok éves esküvőszervezési tapasztalattal a hátunk mögött az általunk megalkotott és levezényelt esküvőknek „párja nincs a világon”. Illetve egy azért van! Maga a PÁR ;)

De térjünk vissza Anna & Christian esküvőjére, amelynek megszervezését rekordidő alatt, vagyis pontosan 4,5 hónap alatt valósítottunk meg. Ami már fix volt az elején, az a Belvárosi Nagyboldogasszony Templom és a Budavári Lovarda, mint helyszínek, valamint a fotós személye. Innen indult a közös munkánk 2021. december végén.

Egy esküvőszervező felkérésének akkor van értelme, ha megkapja a pártól a bizalmat a munkájához. Amikor nem kell bizonygatni, hogy mit miért javaslunk, hanem meghallgatják és elfogadják a tanácsainkat, hisznek bennünk, mert meg van hozzá a szükséges tapasztalatunk, és mert ismerjük a piacot, az esküvői szolgáltatókat és az esküvői helyzeteket. Pontosan tudjuk, hogy mit miért ajánlunk és mindezekért vállaljuk is a felelősséget.

Ezt a bizalmat Annáéktól is teljes mértékben megkaptuk. A közös munka minden egyes aspektusáról tájékoztatva voltak, ők döntöttek mindenről, ha valamit másképpen szerettek volna, annak újra nekifutottunk és így szépen, lépésről-lépésre közösen fel tudtuk építeni az esküvőjüket.

A legnagyobb kihívást a legtöbb esküvőnél a dekor jelenti, ez itt sem volt másképpen. A Budavári Lovarda egy fa mennyezettel és óriási színes ablakokkal ellátott monumentális rendezvényhelyszín, amely megdolgoztatja azért a dekorosokat is. Előnye viszont, hogy nagyon jól alakítható igény szerint, vannak „trükkök”, amelyekkel be lehet lakni a teret, egy kis kreativitással hangulatossá lehet tenni a helyszínt.

Mi szervezőként elrendezési tervet készítünk a helyszínről, bútorlistát állítunk fel, stílusokat, ötleteket adunk, a dekorosokkal egyeztetünk és találjuk ki közösen, hogy mi lenne a lehető legideálisabb és látványosabb megoldás. Ügyelve arra, hogy büdzsén belül maradjunk, mi ennél az esküvőnél a bútorokkal és színekkel játszottunk és ezzel megtörtük a tér egyhangúságát. Mindenki szerint nagyon látványos lett! :)

Az esküvő sikere minden esetben csapatmunka eredménye, a szervező egyszerre egy csapat a párral és egy csapat a szolgáltatókkal is. A mi megbízónk mindig a pár, az ő érdekeiket képviseljük, az ő elképzeléseit valósítjuk meg, ez az elsődleges. Ehhez kell finomhangolnunk a szolgáltatói csapatot, amelyhez kialakított kapcsolatrendszer kell.

Elsődleges és legfontosabb feladatunk, hogy olyan esküvői szolgáltatókat ajánljunk a párnak, akik teljes mértékben passzolnak a büdzséhez, az esküvő stílusához, a pár elképzeléséhez, személyiségéhez. Hiszen akkor lesz meg mindenki között az úgynevezett „kémia”, akkor lesz gördülékeny az esküvő, akkor születnek a legjobb munkák és akkor lesz igazán boldog és elégedett a pár. Ahogy a szalvéta színe passzol az asztalterítőhöz, úgy kell passzolnia a szolgáltatónak a párhoz is.

Mivel nagyon jól ismerjük a magyarországi esküvői szolgáltatókat így rövid időn belül megtaláltuk azokat az embereket, akik még szabadok voltak ezen a napon és örömmel vállalták a felkérést.

Végezetül lehet egy profi szervezés egy esküvőn, ha nincs ki megfelelően lebonyolítsa. Ekkor jön a képbe Gábor, aki együtt „vibrál” az esküvővel és a párral. Aki mellett meg tud valósulni egy 100%-os, elegáns és finom humorral átszőtt felejthetetlen esküvő.

How a Hungarian-Namibian wedding was organized in a few months

...sung by the band Mistrál, who were one of the highlights of the evening at Anna & Christian's 200-person Hungarian-Namibian wedding. With similar feelings expressed in the song, Anna's family contacted us to ask for our help in organizing their wedding. From the first time, you could feel that an unusual wedding was their dream. Christian's family, relatives and friends live in Namibia and South Africa, so it was clear to Anna and her family that they wanted to realize a wedding that would show something of the Hungarian traditions, but at the same time to be modern, elegant, yet not ostentatious, free of templates, all in one in a special environment.

They envisioned a wedding where even the smallest details are perfect, the execution is professional, and the moments they experience give them an experience unlike anything they've ever experienced before.

This was not surprising to us, as these weddings are our specialties! :)

With many years of wedding planning experience behind us, the weddings we create and conduct are "impaired in the world". There is one: the Pair ;)

But let's get back to Anna & Christian's wedding, which we organized in record time, exactly in 4.5 months. What was fixed at the beginning were the Belvárosi Nagyboldogasszony Church and the National Riding Hall as locations, as well as the photographer. This is where our joint work started at the end of December 2021.

Hiring a wedding planner makes sense if the couple trusts their work. When we don't have to prove what we recommend and why, but their listen to and accept our advice, they believe in us, because we have the necessary experience and because we know the market, the wedding service providers and different wedding situations. We know exactly what we recommend and why, and we take responsibility for all of this.

We received this trust completely from the Anna and her family. They were informed about every single aspect of our joint work, they made the final decisions about everything, if they wanted something different, we started again from scratch and thus we were able to build their wedding together nicely, step by step.

The biggest challenge at most weddings is the decoration, and it was no different here also. The National Riding Hall is a monumental event venue with a wooden ceiling and huge colourful windows, which gives a hard time to the decorators. On the other hand, the advantage is that it can be adapted very well according to needs, there are "tricks" that can be used to liven up the space, and with a little creativity you can make this grand venue cozy.

As an organizer, we prepare a layout plan for the location, draw up a furniture list, provide styles and ideas, consult with the decorators, and figure out together what would be the most ideal and most spectacular solution possible. Taking care to stay within the budget, we played with the furniture and colours for this wedding and broke the monotony of the space. Everyone said it was very spectacular! :)

The success of a wedding is always the result of a teamwork, the organizer is both a team with the couple and a team with the service providers. Our client is always the couple, we represent their interests, we realize their ideas, this is the primary thing. For this, we need to fine-tune the service provider team, which requires a well-established relationship system.

Our primary and most important task is to recommend wedding service providers to the couple who fully match the budget, the style of the wedding, the couple's vision and personality. After all, then everyone will have the so-called "chemistry", then the wedding will go smoothly, then the best works will be created and then the couple will be truly happy and satisfied. Just as the colour of the napkin matches the tablecloth, the service provider should also match the couple.

Since we know the wedding service providers in Hungary very well, we quickly found the people who were still free that day and gladly accepted the request.

Finally, it can be a professional organization at a wedding, if there is no one to conduct it properly. That's when Gábor comes into the picture, who "vibrates" together with the wedding and the couple. With whom a 100% elegant and unforgettable wedding interwoven with subtle humour can be realized.

Our experience so far also shows that the organization of weddings with Eszter, as well as the execution with Gábor, is a unique and perfect choice for couples, with which we were able to realize that some feeling, beautiful, pretty - as sung by the Mistrál band for Anna's wedding as well.
